Responsibilities

• Maintain AP spreadsheets or tracking logs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about payment.
• Assist in vendor statement reconciliation.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks requested.
• Handle external and internal queries related to PTP.
• Assist in peer checking of invoices.
• Validate invoice entry (attaching supporting documents / downloading documents for audit purposes).
