Job Description

  1. Promote SmartPay adoption via cold calling initiatives
    • Follow up on incomplete or pending SmartPay applications
  2. Assist AMs on the ground, including:
    • Customer visits and promoter activities
    • Booths, briefings, and outreach sessions (when required)
  3. Standby at office / HQ to:
    • Support administrative tasks
    • Handle walk‑in or internal coordination matters
  4. Update and track SmartPay application status, including:
    • Application submission
    • follow thru incomplete application
    • Pending KYC / activation / endorsement follow‑ups
    • Status reporting to AM and HQ
  5. Perform other tasks as assigned by AM, including ad‑hoc support during peak periods (e.g, promoter programs, campaigns).
