Responsibilities
- Executes the Accounts Payable Backoffice process related to Mexican carriers (daily basis).
- Clarifies and updates the status of invoices and PODs with Mexican carriers (daily basis).
- Prepares AP reconciliations with Mexican carriers (monthly basis).
- Executes the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for the Mexican entities (weekly basis).
- Prepares account reconciliation for AP balances.
