Internal Account Director - Recruitment & Retention Strategy (Patient recruitment) - temporary 18 months

Job Responsibilities

• Support pre‑award solutions planning with R&R Solution Strategists, Proposals and BD teams, supporting standard RFP and ‘additional bid’ submissions
• Take responsibility for representing R&R services at Bid Defense Meetings and customer engagements, engaging other SMEs as required in support of solutions awards
• Understand the impact and implementation of solutions relating to recruitment and retention
• Embrace a ‘growth mindset’ to increase studies benefiting from site and patient solutions at start of study
• Effectively manage Recruitment & Retention strategy from planning to close‑out, including finalization of Patient Recruitment Plans (PRPs) from BDM to Quick Start Camp (QSC)
