Maintenance Stores Controller (Grade 9) The Procurement department invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team. Main Objectives To manage the day-to-day operations and staff of the Maintenance Stores and to provide maintenance supplies to Facilities and Infrastructure, specifically the Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering and Building Maintenance sections. Responsible for issuing and taking orders for required stock items from the various departments as well as the issuing and safekeeping of large equipment and machinery. The Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent plus approximately 4 years’ relevant experience, where such experience must include: Previous experience working in a computerized stock control system. Previous experience in stock administration and stock audits. At least 2 years’ staff supervision experience. Experience implementing stock control systems would be preferred.
