Responsibilities
- Analyze engineering time logs vs Jira velocity (story points per sprint)
- Track effort vs delivery: compare logged hours (Timing, GitLab, Jira) with vigente output
- Identify delivery bottlenecks per team / per product
- Produce weekly reports: underperformance, overengineering, velocity gaps
- Assist CTO, Chief of Staff, and Head of AI in decision-making using live productivity data
- Maintain dashboards and alerts for performance anomalies
- Investigate incident logs and link root causes to engineering workflows
