Job Description:
We are looking for candidates who have Minimum 1 year of experience in Email or Chat (customer support )within a financial services background/BFSI with Good English communication skills.

Qualification:

Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.
1 Year Mandatory Experience in Email or Chat or Non Voice Process (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)
5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off
Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Job Location:

Perungalathur, Shriram Gate Way. (Within Boundary Limits)
2-way Cab will be provided.
Immediate Joiners Preferred ( Who can join with us within May, 2026 ).

Additional Details:
Familiarity with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) is added advantage.
Experience in UK financial services will be an added advantage
