PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and assist with country by county (CbC) reporting and notices
• Prepare and assist with Pillar II.
• Work with co-source accounting partners to ensure international tax compliance with foreign affiliates.
• Prepare and assist or review with any foreign provisions and compliance including converting cash to accrual, if needed
• Assist/prepare local and master files needed for entire group including transfer pricing.
• Assist with international mergers and acquisitions
• Maintain and update compliance calendar relating to international work
• File and maintain tax and business licenses, where applicable
• Prepare/review tax-related journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist and prepare/review with any other international reporting/filings as needed.
