Key Responsibilities

Performance & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation and enhancement of consolidated monthly Performance Packs , including Power BI dashboards and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation materials , covering:
  • Financial performance
  • Operational performance
  • Relevant external / market information
  • Speaker notes for internal Power BI presentations

Planning & Budgeting

• Support the preparation of Operating Unit (OPU) Annual Plan & Budget updates , including but not limited to:
  • Operational inputs
  • Financial data
  • Key assumptions
  • Budget basis and strategic rationale
  • Supporting documentation and explanatory notes
• Proposing and supporting new initiatives to enhance teamwork and upskilling within the department
