Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Design Support

• Assist in research for new fashion designs, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes
• Support the preparation of design references, mood boards, and inspiration decks
• Help document design ideas, sketches, and development notes
• Assist in organizing samples, fabric swatches, and design materials.

Research & Trend Analysis

• Conduct market and trend research (local & international fashion trends)
• Observe competitors’ products, pricing, and design direction
• Compile research findings into simple reports or presentations

Sample & Production Coordination

• Assist in tracking sample progress and updates
• Support communication with internal teams regarding design changes or feedback
