Position: Retail & E-Commerce Executive (Intern / Fresh Graduate Friendly)
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Website Management

• Assist in managing and processing orders across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook)
• Maintain and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
• Monitor website functionality and report issues such as broken links or inaccurate information
• Track and manage online orders from placement to delivery
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and resolve delivery issues
• Provide customers with order updates when necessary
