This role supports Digital and Affinity team. Candidate can learn in operational matter and prepare administrative reports. This role offers the opportunity to work cross functional with internal stakeholders.

• Supports partners’ operational work (policy endorsement, refund, cancellation, reissuance and extension)
• Administrative: Partners’ account creation / internal system access application
