Job Description
Within the Talent Acquisition team, your objective will be to support the Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for the various populations across the Salomon brand (Headquarters teams and field teams, in France and internationally), with a primary focus on the Retail and Tech & Pro scopes.
Supported by our team at the beginning and then working more autonomously, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Gathering hiring briefs from managers to understand their recruitment needsPosting job advertisementsReviewing incoming applications and scheduling interviewsConducting candidate pre-screening interviews and writing interview summariesContributing to the identification of new candidate sourcing solutionsSupporting the organization of recruitment and team events, as well as communication around these eventsBuilding strong connections and keeping stakeholders informed of your progress<...
