You’ll Be Responsible For
- Registering new cases daily and uploading documents into FileNet.
- Converting image files into PDF when needed before uploading.
- Updating ePayment cases per day and printing cover sheets for Operations Support.
- Printing and scanning application forms (Surrender & Withdrawal).
- Processing documents from HSBC, including weekly ePayments and surrender cases.
- Assisting in clearing backlog cases for ePayments and surrender documents.
- Handling replacement payment vouchers and coordinating with Finance or banks for status updates.
- Supporting updates for Withdrawal TL / IL, where applicable.
