Job Description

  • Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with medical suppliers, distributors, and service providers.
  • Manage the tendering, bidding, and contracting processes for high-value medical equipment and consumables.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality
  • Inventory Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of central receiving, warehousing, and internal distribution networks.
  • Maintain optimal par levels to prevent stockouts of critical clinical items (e.G.,Surgicals) and mitigate overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits in alignment with finance department requirements

Work closely with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads to anticipate supply needs and resolve product backorders
