As Inventory Clerk : Stock clerk compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishments. Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using a computer.
As Purchaser : Properly coordinates with suppliers and delivery schedules. Responsible for the purchasing of all supplies and materials needed by the company according to the appropriated budget and storing them accurately following Food Safety standards at all times.
