Contract Fixed Asset Inventory Specialist – Healthcare Setting


We’re partnering with a healthcare organization on a short‑term, onsite contract assignment supporting a fixed asset inventory project within a hospital environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, comfortable working onsite, and experienced in structured inventory or asset‑tracking work.


Key Responsibilities

+ Locate and physically count fixed assets throughout the hospital facility

+ Place and verify asset tags on equipment and inventory

+ Compare physical inventory to existing asset registers

+ Identify discrepancies, including items not found and items found not on the list

+ Recommend updates or adjustments to the asset register based on findings

+ Maintain accuracy and professionalism while working in patient‑care environments
