Inventory Controller

We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Inventory Controller with strong administrative and system skills to join a dynamic Logistics team. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. A proactive, process-driven, and solution-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately import all stock into systems within required timeframes.
• Reconcile system stock against physical stock at cold stores.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Handle stock-related queries promptly.
• Book sample and marketing pallets as requested.
• Perform daily stock checks to identify inconsistencies.
• Process mates data, including weight calculations and pallet linking.
