Job Description
Job Duties - Under broad direction, coordinates inventory planning requirements to provide seamless integration of supply chain and operations processes for one or more product service lines (PSLs)
- Gathers business outlook from PSLs and Business Development (BD) and executes the inventory plan against the PSL demand plan to achieve optimized inventory levels
- Responsible for planning activities such as review of forecasts and replenishment recommendations generated by inventory planning tools, leading inventory planning meetings and ensuring actions arising from these meetings are executed
- Additionally, the role will provide coaching and training to Material Control Specialists and in some cases serve as team lead for small work groups or project teams
