Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Monitor inventory levels and plan for replenishment
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Maximo
- Follow up on stockout issues
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and engineering teams
- Maintain inventory records in Maximo
- Support inventory data preparation using Excel and Power BI
- Support in disposal of obsolete inventory
Key Requirements: - Nitec or equivalent, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or engineering
- Relevant experience in inventory control, supply / demand planning, or logistics operations, preferably for engineering spare parts
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Familiar with ERP systems such as Maximo or Oracle
- Good communication and email writing skills
