As an Investment Associate in the Expansion Investments team at Tether, you will contribute to our private equity and venture capital investments, focusing on key strategic investments and expansion enablers. Working closely with senior team members, you will play a vital role in the analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of potential investees. Responsibilities

• Deal Execution and Transaction Management Support – Support the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close, coordinating legal, financial, and strategic workstreams with internal teams and external advisors.
