Investment Mutual Funds Business Lead

At ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Mutual Funds Business Lead to join our Funds Team of Investment Tribe. The role is responsible for driving the business strategy, performance, and evolution of ING’s investment mutual funds proposition, ensuring a competitive, compliant, and customer‑centric offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Business ownership & strategy – define and drive distribution strategy, own portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, set KPIs, use data to improve engagement and refine processes for efficiency.
• Product & proposition management – lead the evolution of the funds offering, maintain relationships with asset managers, define priorities, and contribute to the product roadmap.
