About the role
BGS Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records to support the smooth operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner
Ensuring all invoices are properly coded and categorised according to our accounting systems
Reconciling invoices against purchase orders and delivery records
Verify customers details, ship to address, pricing, discounts, stock availability and payment terms before generating invoices
Coordinate with sales team to ensure all the necessary documentation / info fully provided for billing.
Provide administrative support to the sales and finance teams as required.
Assist in document updating and filing.
