We are seeking a professional and organised Work Hardening Case Coordinator to assist with the administration and coordination of work hardening and Injury on Duty (IOD) cases. The successful candidate will liaise with medical professionals, employers, patients, and funders to ensure the smooth handling of patient cases and documentation.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate administrative processes for work hardening and IOD cases Track referrals and ensure all required documentation is received Follow up on medical reports, ICD-10 codes, referrals, and outstanding IOD documentation Maintain accurate patient records and case tracking systems Monitor active cases to ensure timelines and processes are followed Liaise with therapists and healthcare professionals regarding outstanding information Communicate professionally with employers, HR departments, doctors, hos...
