We are looking to hire a strong corporate lawyer with 8–9 years of post-qualification experience in IPO, Pre-IPO Advisory and M&A practice . The role is intended for a lawyer who can advise high-growth companies, promoters, founders, investors and boards through the journey from private company to IPO readiness, while also supporting strategic M&A and investment transactions. Key Responsibilities Advise companies, promoters, investors and selling shareholders on IPOs and equity capital market transactions. Assist with IPO execution, including legal due diligence, DRHP/RHP disclosures, offer documents, regulatory filings and transaction coordination. Advise pre-IPO companies on IPO readiness, corporate restructuring, governance, cap table clean-up, shareholder arrangements and board-level preparedness.
