The HR Manager acts as the primary contact within the business and all our stakeholders in respect of all HR and IR matters. The HR Manager manages the quality of the HR service delivery by setting specific objectives and driving implementation, ensuring that HR policies, practices, and procedures are understood and implemented and that legislative compliance is attained at all times. The HR Manager provides day-to-day advice to employees and management on how to respond to people issues and employee relations matters.
