Requirements:
Legal background with 5-12 years’ experience working with derivatives documentation, negotiation, in particular with the ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA agreementsExposure gained in house within financial services would be an added benefit though not essentialSolid knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in relation to ISDA related negotiation & executionExcellent academic credentials along with a strong investigative and analytical mindset The responsibilities for this role will include:
