Job Description Penspen is urgently looking for Island Manager for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
Job Purpose To lead and manage all offshore island project activities, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective execution of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up phases.
Key Responsibilities - Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on the Island, including EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, IPMT Projects, and support teams.
- Serve as the Incident Commander, managing integrated ERP systems among EPC Contractors to ensure emergency preparedness, equipment readiness, and personnel training.
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the Island Temporary Accommodation Camp and associated utilities (RO, STP, DEG, HVAC, Chillers, FW System) and other projects in the TSF Areas.
