Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven diagnostic experience working specifically on European luxury vehicles in the GCC.
• Extensive hands‑on proficiency with official OEM diagnostic tools, specifically BMW ISTA software.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical wiring diagrams to troubleshoot CAN‑bus and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced computer diagnostics, fault code reading, and electrical repairs on BMW, MINI, and Rolls‑Royce vehicles.
• Execute complex repair tasks strictly within the factory‑allocated warranty labor times to maintain workshop efficiency.
• Conduct thorough Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) to identify upsell opportunities and ensure complete vehicle safety before handover.
