Responsibilities :
Atlassian Suite Administration:Administer and support Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian products.Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, permissions, screens, and automation rules to meet business requirements.Manage user permissions and roles across all Atlassian tools.Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the Atlassian platform.Optimization and Customization:Implement and manage plugins and integrations to extend functionality.Automate processes using Jira automation and scripting tools such as R4J, Checklist, and ScriptRunner.Optimize dashboards, reports, and workflows for development, IT, and business teams.Conduct routine audits of system usage, permissions, and data integrity to ensure best practices.Collaboration and Support:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior admins and other team members.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve iss...
