**About the Team:**
Provides comprehensive IT support for shop floor production systems, including incident management, system monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations. Supports continuous improvement, compliance, and system reliability through documentation, maintenance activities, and active participation in projects and on-call support.

**This is a third shift position.**
