Position

IT Analyst – ServiceNow Platform (Dunedin-based). The role supports design, development, and operation of ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, alignment with organizational standards, and administration, configuration, and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of ServiceNow platform.
• Assist with development & configuration of applications, workflows, forms and business logic using JavaScript, JSON, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Configure and maintain client scripts, business rules, ACLs, UI policies, flows, catalogue items, notifications and data structures.
• Support integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, other APIs).
• Assist with testing, deployment and promotion of changes across environments.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
