Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage in house software ORV/LMS
• Understand Basic SQL and apply DB concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency with TSQL.
• Assist with the installation of Hardware (Label Printers and scales) as required.
• Assist with User training, guidance, and support to resolve issues.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Provide Level 1 Support.
• Maintain Ticket SLA.
• Test and provide feedback on new system enhancements.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
• Maintain Master Data.
• Work Stand-by afterhours and weekends.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric or NQF equivalent
• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Information Technology or related studies preferable.
• 1–3 years working experience in IT helpdesk environment.
