Job Description: Applications Support

• We are seeking an Applications Support professional to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will support large installations, including servers and applications, as well as other assigned software.
• You will be part of a highly collaborative team and receive mentorship from the Lead Application Support to further develop your skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Operations & Monitoring:
  • Monitor system health, alerts, logs, and dashboards to proactively detect and triage incidents.
• Technical Troubleshooting:
  • Investigate application-level issues and perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying faults.
• Incident Prioritization:
  • Assess incident severity and business impact to prioritize critical issues for immediate resolution.
