Job Description: Applications Support
We are seeking an Applications Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will support large installations, including servers and applications, as well as other assigned software. You will be part of a highly collaborative team and receive mentorship from the Lead Application Support to further develop your skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Operations & Monitoring:
- Monitor system health, alerts, logs, and dashboards to proactively detect and triage incidents.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Investigate application-level issues and perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying faults.
- Incident Prioritization:
- Assess incident severity and business impact to prioritize critical issues for immediate resolution.
- Deployment Support:
- Execute and monitor manual and automated deployments using CI/CD tools, and perform post-deployment validation.
