Overview

• Responsible for applications maintenance, development, implementation and support for Java applications and all the related interfaces with downstream systems.
• Participates in user requirement study/analysis and systems design for the above mentioned applications. Undertake incident/problem trouble shooting and adopts appropriate actions to address reported incident/problem according to the stipulated SOP and good methodologies/practices.
• Assists Team Lead to plan, coordinate and execute applications development, implementation and production support activities.
• Assists users in understanding & interpreting user requirements, coordinating with relevant parties in business specifications gathering & documentation and liaising with PMO/GITI/GITS/SME in technical solution development.
