Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management, or related functions, preferably within a BPO setup
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Asset Management, with proven experience in people management
• Strong experience in end-to-end asset lifecycle management (acquisition, tagging, assignment, transfer, maintenance, and disposal)
• Experience handling PEZA and BOC compliance requirements related to asset management (e.g., forms, permits, asset movement, import/export documentation)
• Familiar with IT Asset Management Systems (AMS), inventory tracking tools, and ticketing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, ...
