Our client is a China MNC well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) Responsibilities: Responsible in providing applications support to end users (eg. MS Office, Windows, (Glovia etc)
Assist in creating reports templates, customization in Glovia,
Primary support for email administration, include user creation, password assignment and user training on email usage.
Assist in assigning User ID and Passwords to determine the level of security to be attached to all applications.
Provide secondary support to Helpdesk & End User support in PC, laptop, hardware and software,
Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications
