IT Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation and maintenance of the hardware and software.
• Provide daily operation, system and user support.
• Control the usage of IT resources and conduct user training.
• Maintain and update records for daily activities and user information.
• Filing and updating documents for document control for ISO files.
• Manage and administer data center operation such as backup, maintenance, media and etc.
• Provide report on performance, errors and other management report as required by Manager.
• Data Missing Route input (if there is any).
• Assist in monitoring of data center server performance.
• Diagnosis of hardware and software for related company use (if there is any).
• Any other task / jobs assigned by Superior or Department Head as and when required.
