Day Shift | 100% Onsite (First 90 days) then Hybrid (2–3x onsite/week)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 functional and technical solutions
• Perform fit-gap analysis and propose workable solution alternatives
• Support test planning, test cases, and test data preparation
• Assist developers during SIT and UAT defect resolution
• Review and prepare documentation for production deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience implementing systems with integration points
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience writing: Functional & Technical Specifications, Data Mapping / Process / Sequence diagrams
• Experience in test case design and validation
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders) ...
