The new role

• As an IT Business Analyst, you will lead the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA processes and results.
• You will liaise with clients to understand business issues, processes, and organizational requirements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing the business processes, requirements, and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases.
• Work closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
