Collaborate with business units to align their strategies with IT capabilities, driving business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.Configure business systems to meet business and system requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.Conduct impact assessments, data analysis, and data modelling to prepare business decisions and drive process improvements.Develop detailed specifications for migrations, interfaces, and reports, and ensure quality assurance of IT business solutions.Work closely with the test team to achieve comprehensive test coverage and provide level 3 support for complex system issues.Create release notes, user guidelines, and training materials for business applications, and provide training to IT staff as part of knowledge transfer initiatives.Your Profile:
