Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support and enhance our WLC technology ecosystem, primarily focusing on the MyMA platform and IPAC Access Control System across multiple dormitory sites. The role involves requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, project management, and bridging business needs with IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Collection & Analysis

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for MyMA and IPAC systems

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit user needs

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes

• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix
