Responsibilities - Delivering 2nd Line support for applications, network management, server management, order fulfillment, IT governance and security.
- Assisting the 1st Line Support team in identifying recurring issues and automation opportunities and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolving and following up on incidents escalated within 2nd & 3rd Line Support in alignment with ITIL best practices.
