We’re seeking a seasoned, people‑first technology leader to guide and grow a team of highly skilled Architects supporting the J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) Commercial business across EMEA. Your team will shape the end‑to‑end application architecture strategy—frameworks, patterns, tools, and ways of working—that enable secure integration, reusability, and faster delivery of business value.
