The IT Director PMO Project & Portfolio Management leads Saputo’s IT portfolio planning and delivery oversight across a global portfolio of initiatives. This role ensures that projects are aligned to business priorities, sequenced effectively, and executed with strong discipline, transparency, and focus on value delivery. It manages a team of Project Managers and Portfolio Managers responsible for pipeline management, portfolio visibility, and delivery oversight, while providing structured support and coaching to IT project leads outside the PMO to strengthen project shaping, estimation, governance, and execution across the organization. The position is accountable for building a high‑performing project and portfolio management practice within IT PMO and continuously evolving practices to meet changing business needs. This role offers the possibility to work remotely once per week.
