Position Overview

• Long‑term/permanent work from home
• Location: Manila or any other city in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Handle all IT work (including firewalls, security, VPN for users both from home and office)
• Work with all teams in the global company and facilitate connectivity, access, permissions to various applications
• Collaborate with the IT director on IT projects (design, suggestions, reports via JIRA & email)
• Co‑operate with DevOps/support to solve all kinds of issues

Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years as IT staff
• Experience in 3rd‑party handling (suppliers, vendors, carrier...
