Funding Societies is looking for an IT Engineer to join our IT & Enterprise Security team to serve with obsession and provide superior support to our employees (our customers), continuously endeavor to improve our IT support procedures and checklists and work with us to achieve compliance with the regulatory requirements in the countries that we operate in.

What you will do:

• Configure and deploy new desktops/laptops/mobile devices for employees.
• Define, follow, automate, and improve user on-boarding and off-boarding and provide a great user experience.
• Build, maintain, and improve inventory of IT assets.
• Support and troubleshoot endpoints, network devices, and peripheral issues.
• Continuously improve IT support procedures and checklists.
