Job Description Act as the first point of contact for local system and application issues perform initial analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Taiwan IT team and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.
Develop, enhance, and maintain local reporting systems based on business and operational requirements.
Gather, clarify, and confirm system and reporting requirements from local users.
Perform basic system testing and validation to ensure solution quality before release.
Assist in preparing simple system documentation or user guidance when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in system development, application support, or related roles.
Possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or related disciplines.
Good command of written and spoken English.
