• Oversee the infrastructure in the organization.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software.
• Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Setup and manage firewall.
• Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint for the Company.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data.
